Regarding the Cadet Height categories which has been newly included in the WT Competition Rules and Interpretation following the approval of the WT General Assembly, these new height categories have been established considering the young athletes’ health and safety and will be applied for the Sarajevo 2023 World Taekwondo Cadet Championships to be held in August this year.
In this regard, we request that MNAs use the same method when selecting the athletes through the national selection event for the Championships.
